About this route

Roughly 40 km of graded trail (three linkable routes) on Tierkloof Game Farm in the Waterberg, taking 4-5 hours when combined, through savannah, valleys and gorges with steep rocky slopes, mud and river crossings. Self-drive with no guide required, but booking is essential. Around two hours from Pretoria, a natural weekender with on-site accommodation.
