About this route

Didibeng Mountain Park runs a roughly 34 km circular self-drive 4x4 trail through sandstone and basalt mountains 3 km outside Fouriesburg, near the Lesotho border and about 40 km from Golden Gate Highlands National Park. The circuit takes five to six hours, spanning rocky passes, clay and sand, and becomes impassable after heavy rain. Camping, hiking, abseiling and trout fishing on site.
